New Track
Here are the New Club Records ,set during last summers Track & Field Season.

After the hectic summer season, we now turn to, the Cross Country season and the winter conditional programs?
This winter, we hope to be moving to our new Track, which is based along side the Parc Y Scarlet’s Stadium, at Pemberton, with its indoor training arena.
We have already had three X-Country fixtures , with the next ,being at Bath ,in the Gwent Leauge, on Saturday 3rd December.

Cross Country News
9th November - Gwent League Bath-Last weekend, the Club were competing at Bath University in the 2nd of this season’s Gwent League. In the Senior Men, Mike Halsall, finished in 154th place, Eric Davey came 246th,while in the U15 Boys Liam Lloyd finished 5th.

The first X-Country of the Season, commenced on Sun 12th Oct, at Bridgend. This years West Wales X-Country Championship, was hosted by us ,at Pembrey, on the2nd Oct.
